Inspection of surface treatments
CORROTECH ENGINEERING s.r.o. has its own regularly trained corrosion inspectors and corrosion engineers who hold international certifications FROSIO, AMPP (NACE, SSPC) and APC. As a company we are a member of the Association of Corrosion Engineers (AKI).
We offer complete inspection and consulting services in the field of anti-corrosion surface treatment, including the preparation of expert opinions and proposals in the field of surface treatment. We are ready to issue test reports with the output of measured values, photo documentation and all other requirements of the inspection report. We also issue inspection reports and reports in English or German with all internationally required parameters. Equipment inspections are also carried out as high rise work with rope access.
Quality and quality control
Within the scope of applications performed by CORROTECH ENGINEERING s.r.o., quality control is performed at all stages of surface preparation and application according to the established plan of inspections and tests, namely:
- Certified supervisor of applications of individual anticorrosion technologies
- Corrosion Engineer Level III. according to Std-401 APC:2011
- FROSIO Level III. – Protective Coatings Inspector
- AMPP SSPC (PCI) Level II. – Protective Coatings Inspector
- AMPP SSPC (QCS) Certified Quality Controller
- AMPP NACE (ICA) Industrial Coatings Application Specialist
