Removal of the original protective coating from the rubberized surface. Decontamination of the substrate to remove dirt, oils, grease, and salts. Surface preparation in accordance with ISO 8501-1 to a cleanliness level of Sa 2½.

- Application of POLYGLASS PPA Primer
- Repair of Defective Areas Using CORROFILL VE
- Application of the CORROGLASS 600 LR laminating layer + 600 g/m² glass fiber mesh
- Application of a Corrosion Barrier Using POLYGLASS VEF Material
- Carrying out the relevant quality tests according to the PKZ
