Automated removal of deposits and coarse buildup. Removal of all water-soluble contaminants from piping. Surface preparation by abrasive blasting in accordance with ISO 8501-1 to a cleanliness level of Sa 3.

  • Repair of Defective Areas Using CORROFILL VE
  • Application of the CORROGLASS 600 LR laminating layer + 600 g/m² glass fiber mesh
  • Application of a Corrosion Barrier Using POLYGLASS VEF Material
  • Application of POLYGLASS VE HA Material to Flange Seating Surfaces
  • Carrying out the relevant quality tests according to the PKZ
